We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 5 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Please note that the following conditions apply:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with poster of the respective product only.
- You must have a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Return shipping cost fees will be charged separately.
- There's alternate option if you want you can courier the product from your nearby local couriers too.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com or message us on Whatsapp with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, or send you a replacement item if you requested an exchange.
Please note that it may take several business days for your refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account.
